I sincerely acknowledge all the students, parents and guardians of Global College International (GCI) for your trust on us in our joint endeavours geared to transforming the self and the society in this competitive environment to become the pillar of your family, society and the nation.

Since 2010, Global College International (GCI) has been recognized as being a pioneering centre of world class business education for those students who are in the hunt of global standards within their homeland, Nepal. At GCI, we endeavour to offer the Business education that is innovative, reflecting best practices and catering for a broad academic range. In this regard, GCI has manifested its commitment of providing international educational opportunities by launching MBA International program in affiliation with SIU, Thailand in 2014. Likewise GCI is running BBA and MBA program in affiliation with Mid-Western University, Nepal along with successfully serving our valued scholars being with us for Cambridge A Level program. I firmly believe that our affiliation with SIU, Thailand and MWU, Nepal for higher education in Management stream will become a measuring rod for international standard at home.

In the light of the vision, mission and goals of GCI, in our best capacity, we apply the most current practices of modern corporate sector so that our students can vigil the events of daily business lives in the classroom and be prepared to face with the real life challenges without feeling the havocs and resentment. Our key emphasis ever since has been in seeking to foster business and professional attitude of responsibility in our students by injecting the broad social and moral values.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)-MU

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)-MU

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at GCI combines practicum courses probably for the first time in the country which is a pioneering effort to blend the necessary skills to our students. The total course weight is up to 120 credits including one comprehensive project work of internship and report writing. It provides diverse academic exposure in a number of foundation, functional, specialization and elective areas including financial management, marketing management, human resource management, international business, entrepreneurship, logistics and supply chain management and so on.

The program provides diverse academic exposure in a number of foundation, functional, specialization and elective areas including financial management, marketing management, human resource management, international business, entrepreneurship, logistics and supply chain management, cross-cultural management, business modeling and analysis, the venture management and so on.

GCI has adopted some very innovative approaches in running this undergraduate program. The program offers insights and problem-solving techniques about the degrading aspect of the environment that can be connected and combined to the issues and world of business. Right from inception GCI provides a platform to students for the national and international exposure. GCI has anticipated the leadership needs of the emerging economies. It has a vision to educate LEADERS who make a DIFFERENCE in the SOCIETY. To meet the challenges and materialize the opportunities of this era, skilled human resources with global vision are needed. The BBA program at GCI aims at cratering this fast-growing global need of competed and responsible human capital.

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)-MU

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)-MU

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) at GCI aims to produce professional human resource to meet the need of ever growing tourism and hospitality industry nationally and globally. The total course weight is up to 126 credits including one comprehensive project report, one-year internship, report writing apart from Foundation and Core courses. The program explores the wide variety of services provided by today’s hospitality, travel and tourism industry while developing the business knowledge and skills required for success in the private and public sector of tourism.

Upon the completion of the programme, graduates will be able to work as technical middle level managers in several departments of hotel organization likes food production, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, finance and accounts, public relations, fitness center and spa, marketing, human resource etc. Similarly, the graduates will able to handle the fast food establishment and catering activities.

BHM course has been designed to prepare the students to enter the hotel and hospitality industry as middle management level employees and to serve in hotel, travel and tourism sectors. It is a four years full time semester system course designed to produce professional human resource for the dynamically growing hotel industry, travel and tourism sector of Nepal. This program explores the wide variety of services provided by today’s hospitality, travel and tourism industry while developing the business knowledge and skills required for success in the private and public sector of tourism.

Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM)-MU

Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM)-MU

The BTTM course has been designed to prepare the students to enter the hospitality industry as middle management level employees/managers/trainers and to serve in the travel and tourism sectors. It is a four-year fulltime semester system course designed to produce a professional human resource for the dynamically growing travel and tourism sector of Nepal. This program explores the wide variety of services provided by today’s travel and tourism industry while developing the business knowledge and skills required for success in the private and public sector of tourism.

Upon completion of the course the students will be able to:

    • gain an understanding of travel and tourism and its operation both theoretically and practically;
    • gain knowledge about not just the fundamentals of travel and tourism but also about the more advanced concepts related to the field;
    • gain knowledge about the policies related to travel and tourism;
    • understand tourism in the light of Nepalese society;
    • handle the function of international tourist service operation including handling, managing and planning tours, treks, and rafting program;
    • handle domestic and international ticketing;
    • get employment in national as well as an international market;
    • develop an entrepreneurship skill in the travel and tourism industry;
